MotionAd AI ("we", "us") is operated by Bad Dad LLC at motionad.baddadllc.net. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address and, if you provide it, your name, when you sign up or sign in (including through Google sign-in).
- Content you upload — product photos and other images you attach to a prompt, plus the text prompts, hook text, and campaign details you enter.
- Generated content — the videos and images the service creates for you, stored privately in your account.
- Payment information — purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that. We keep a record of what you bought and how many credits you received.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service running and improve it.
- Lead form information — if you contact us through an ad form (for example on TikTok), we receive the details you submit there, such as your email and what you're advertising.
How we use it
- To run the service: generate your videos, store your work, and manage your credit balance.
- To process payments and deliver the credits or plans you buy.
- To send you service emails (receipts, sign-in links, account notices) and, if you reached us through an ad, follow-up marketing emails about your ad setup. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not make your uploaded photos or generated videos public. Your work is stored privately and only visible to you.
- We do not use your content to advertise other people's products.
Who we share with
We share data only with the providers that run the service, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our cloud hosting and database provider — stores your account, files, and generated videos.
- AI generation providers — your prompts and uploaded images are sent to AI models to create your videos.
Your choices
- Access and download — your generated videos are downloadable from your account at any time.
- Deletion — email us and we will delete your account and the content stored in it.
- Marketing emails — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Data retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your stored content within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (such as payment receipts).
Security
Your files and videos are stored in private storage that only your account can access. Payments are handled by Stripe over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
MotionAd AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
