These terms govern your use of MotionAd AI, operated by Bad Dad LLC at motionad.baddadllc.net. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
MotionAd AI turns product photos and text prompts into AI-generated video ads, with optional hook text, call-to-action badges, and audio. Videos are generated by third-party AI models.
Accounts
- You need an account to generate videos. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits and payments
- Video generation costs credits. The credit cost of each generation is shown before you confirm.
- Credits are sold as single-video purchases, monthly or annual plans, and top-ups. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
- Refunds: if a generation fails, the credits it cost are automatically returned to your balance. Purchased credits and plans are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload.
- You grant us the limited right to process your uploads to generate and store your videos.
- You may use the videos you generate for personal or commercial advertising, subject to the rules of the platforms where you post them.
- You are responsible for having the rights to any image you upload. Do not upload other people's photos, logos, or trademarks without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights; to impersonate others; or to attempt to bypass credit charges or security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
AI-generated output
AI output is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that any video will meet a particular quality standard, be approved by an ad platform, or be free of artifacts. Review your videos before publishing them.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime or for changes made by the third-party AI models the service relies on.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bad Dad LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
